'FREE' CLASSES AVAILABLE TO TOWNE FITNESS MEMBERS..... Members can choose from a selection of 20, 30 minute small group workouts including TRX and Kettlebell. Watch for new LeBarrre classes coming soon. ALSO, Yoga with Tiffany has returned to Towne Fitness on Thursday night at 6:30pm and TOWNE FITNESS BOOTCAMP continues on Wednesday evening at 7pm in Greenwood Park.
